Shipping Policy
Shipping
- Preorder items will have a generalized shipping timeframe. Due to the nature of preorders, delays MAY occur. In the event of a delay, I will post in the VIP as well as communicate via email to affected customers.
- Non-preorder items outside of freshies will have a turnaround time of 2-5 business days.
- Freshies are made to order and will have a turnaround time of 5-10 business days.
- Turnaround time does not include shipping times.
- Many preorder items will be shipped directly from a partnered warehouse.
- Items will be grouped by turnaround time - some items may ship from separate locations and will have separate tracking information.
- All packages will be shipped with tracking information.
- Once packages have been dropped off or picked up by the carrier, Saiv Boutique/Scents by Saiv is no longer responsible for the items.
- Shipping for freshies is based on the shipping carrier.
- Shipping pricing for non-freshie items is based on weight:
- Packages up to 1.00 pounds are $5.95
- Packages 1.01 - 4.99 pounds are $8.95
- Packages 5.00 pounds and over are $14.95
